By downloading, accessing, or using the RoadLiV app (“the App”), you agree to comply with Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2 - Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use RoadLiV. By using the RoadLiV App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3 - User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access

4 - Use of the App

You may use the App to upload, share, and view travel, food, and road-related content in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree that you will not:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our consent.
• Attempt to disrupt or harm the App, servers, or networks.

5 - User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, videos, and text you upload (“User Content”), but you grant RoadLiV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within the App. You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws. You agree not to upload content that violates laws, infringes intellectual property right, or harmful material.

6 - Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate any laws of regulations. Post offensive, abusive or harmful material. Engage in harassment, fraud or misleading activities. Interfere with the functionality of the App or attempt to hack or disrupt our services

7 - Intellectual Property

The RoadLiV app and its content posted (excluding users’ content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our permission.

8 - Privacy
