RoadLiV is a digital video sharing and road safety platform offering vehicle registration and subscription-based SOS emergency services. The SOS service enables users to send emergency alerts, including live location, to trusted contacts via SMS, WhatsApp, and call assistance.

RoadLiV is a private technology platform and is not affiliated with any government authority or law enforcement agency.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use RoadLiV. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

For the SOS subscription form, the vehicle information provided must belong to you or you must be authorized to use it. You agree to provide accurate and updated details.

4. Use of the App

4.1 General Use

You may use the App to upload, share, and view travel, food, and road-related content in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree that you will not:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our consent.
• Attempt to disrupt or harm the App, servers, or networks.

4.2 SOS Services

The SOS feature allows users to:

• Send emergency alerts to selected contacts
• Share live or last-known location
• Trigger calls to emergency numbers
• Use supported hardware or app-based triggers

RoadLiV provides these services on a best-effort basis, subject to:

• Network availability
• Device permissions
• Third-party service reliability

RoadLiV does not guarantee response time from emergency contacts or authorities.

4.3 User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to misuse SOS services
• Not to send false alerts
• To inform emergency contacts that they may receive alerts
• To keep login credentials secure

Misuse may result in suspension or termination.

4.4 Subscription & Payments

SOS services may require an annual subscription.

Payment is processed securely via authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

Subscription validity begins from successful payment confirmation.

RoadLiV reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

4.5 Limitation of Liability

RoadLiV is not liable for:

• Failed or delayed message delivery
• Inaccurate location due to device limitations
• Third-party service outages
• Actions or inactions of emergency contacts

Users acknowledge inherent risks in digital communication services.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, videos, and text you upload (“User Content”), but you grant RoadLiV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may include third-party services or links. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

RoadLiV may suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

• Fraudulent activity
• False emergency reporting
• Violation of terms

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
